Eclipse Hotel Proprietor George E. Cole

My second great grandfather George E. Cole moved to Pacific Junction, Plattville, Mills Co., Iowa, shortly before 24 Jun 1880, when he and Wm Woodhurst and family are enumerated in the census; they were listed 12 June 1880 at North Platte, Lincoln, Nebraska. George Cole's biography is in the 1881 History of Mills County, with some truth and exaggeration. He moved to Garden City, Kansas, for his health, by 1891. I am seeking information about the Eclipse Hotel--he and William Woodhurst were proprietors there during the 1880s.
