Wedding vows were exchanged Sunday, August 14, by Dorothy Carol Hubacher, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Hubacher of Monona, and Roger Alvin Larson, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Larson of St. Olaf. The Rev. E. W. Hilmer was the officiating clergyman at the Methodist church in Monona. Mrs. Lowell Lange, was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Nancy Riedesel and Carol Gilbert. Victor Schneider of Elkader was best man, and Bob Hubacher, brother of the bride and Don Houg of St. Olaf ushered. The bride's brother, Jim Hubacher, was candlelighter. Lynn and Lori Hubacher, nieces of the bride, were flower girls.
The bride attended Iowa State Teachers college and will be a senior at Texas Western college in El Paso. She is a member of Pi Theta Pi social sorority and Sigma Alpha _ota. The groom, who attended Iowa State college, is stationed at White Sands Proving Grounds in New Mexico. They will be at home after August 24 in El Paso, Texas.
