I have written a book about James Robert Patterson, who came by covered wagon from Virginia with his wife and six children to Delaware and Jones Counties in 1854. I follow his family, and his descendants once they completed the journey. His son, my g grandfather, David Gose Patterson, resided in Wright County from 1875 to 1905. He was a farmer, teacher, justice of the peace,and school board president The book is soon to be printed. I have a "to be released soon" summary of the book that I can send to you, if you think there would be any interest in this book in the Wright County Genealogical libraries.
