M.A. FISHER Help finding information

Hi,
I'm from Michigan and my family history is in Polk Iowa. I have the adoption papers from Polk County Iowa.
My great grandmother, Hellen Harrington was adopted by a M.A. Fisher who I do believe is a doctor or maybe that rumor is wrong. The adoption took place Oct. 17, 1913. Polk County, Iowa

May Spoon and M.A. Fisher Adopted

Evert
Keneth
Harry
Harold

If you know if anyone by the name of M.A.Fisher, I would appreciate any information. May Spoon is their biological mother.
