That is quite a quest!

County Birth records did not begin to be filed until July 1880.

There are two Russell divorces that are listed at

Russell, Lydia H. vs J. J. 2052 1876 C25 86
Russell, Margaret vs Thomas 7792 1903 C36 216

At this time divorces were filed as civil suits. The records are on microfilm and filed in the Muscatine County Clerk's office. One might walk into the Court House and look up the record. However as Covid is raging in our area I don't know if genealogy research is permitted.

Using Ancestry.com I found a death record for Mrs. Frank Margaret A. Russell in the Minnesota US Death Index 1908-2017.
Registration date 1917
Cert. No. 023378
Record No. 224324
