Koehn - Ruff marriage - 1951

Peace Evangelical and Reformed church was the scene, Sunday, May 27, for the marriage of Miss Ilse Ruff, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Ruff, and Leo Koehn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Koehn. The Rev. Paul Kitterer officiated. Miss Inga Ruff, sister of the bride, was maid of honor, and Milford Koehn, served his brother as best man. Richard Koehn, brother of the groom and Roger Larson, a friend of the groom, were ushers.

The new couple will live at St. Olaf, where the groom is employed at the St. Olaf creamery. The bride graduated this month from the Elkader high school.
