Roeder - Engler marriage - 1951

Miss Marian Engler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Engler of Clayton, and Clyde Roeder son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Roeder of Elkader were united in marriage, Jan. 18, at the Peace Evangelical and Reformed church by the Rev. Paul Kitterer. Miss Joyce Engler, sister of the bride, was maid of honor, and Miss Donna Stede was bridesmaid. Clark Roeder, brother of the groom, was best man, and Clyde Roeder was groomsman. Darla Roeder, sister of the groom, was flower girl, and ring bearer was a bother of the bride, Floyd Engler.

The new couple will make their home on the groom's parent's farm.
