Died.

Mrs. Mary Lee Anderson died last Saturday, the 29th, in a St. Paul hospital, where she had been since last July. Mrs. Anderson was born in Springfield township, Jan. 22, 1855, and was married June 1, 1873, her husband being killed in a runaway in 1882. While her son Andrew was a student at Luther College Mrs. Anderson came to Decorah to reside and remained here until six years ago when she went to Velva, N. D., to reside with her son. She is survived by her son, an adopted daughter, two sisters and one brother. The remains were brought to Decorah Sunday night and on Monday morning services were held at the home of E. Estenson, Rev. Torrison officiating. The remains were taken to Washington Prairie Synod church, where the final rites were performed by Rev. Paul Koren at two o’clock.
