Miss Nancy Brown passed away early this morning at the home of her brother, Abram Brown, in south Wapello. Deceased was born in Hawkins county, Ohio, July 12, 1843, and died Thursday November 9, 1911. She came to Iowa January 1, 1910 and made her home near Oakville with her brother, Abram Brown and in March, 1911, moved with him to his new home in Wapello. Funeral services will be held from the home Saturday morning at 10 o'clock, conducted by Rev. E. C. Brooks, pastor of the Methodist church. Burial in the Creighton cemetery near Oakville.
