MONONA: Services for Oscar W. Hamm, 48, who died at the Santa Rosa hospital in San Antonio, Texas, Wednesday, Feb. 04, were held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Holly in Monona on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 08. Burial was in the city cemetery. The Rev. E. W. Hilmer, pastor of the Methodist church, officiated.

Mr. Hamm, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hamm, was born at Poplar Bluff, Mo., on Oct. 26, 1905. He had lived at Moline, Ill., until a year ago when he and Mrs. Hamm moved to San Antonio, Texas, for his health. He was married to Fae H. Mitchell of Monona on Jan. 18, 1929, who with a son, George A. Hamm, and a grandson, George Steven Hamm of Moline, Ill., survive, also a brother, Thomas E. Hamm of Moline, Ill. His parents and a sister preceded him in death.
