MONONA: Sunday, Oct. 09, in St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran church, wedding vows were repeated by Miss Marilyn Dickman, daughter of Mrs. Arno Dickman, and Gerald Pope, son of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Pope, all of Monona. The Rev. R. C. Schlueter officiated. Miss Carol Heins of Monona, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor, and Diane Dickman, the bride's sister, was bridesmaid. The bride's twin sisters, Karon and Sharon Dickman, were junior bridesmaids. Dale Pope, cousin of the groom, served as best man, and Don Baade, a friend, was groomsman. Ushers were Gaylord Pope, brother of the groom, and Frederick Heins, cousin of the bride. Deborah Dickman, cousin of the bride, was flower girl, and Jimmy Chamberlain, cousin of the groom, was ringbearer. Mrs. George Heins Jr., aunt of the bride, accompanied Don Sabbann, soloist, who sang several selections during the ceremony.
After a trip to Minnesota and South Dakota the new couple will live in Monona, where the bride is employed at the Union State Bank. The groom is employed by the McNeil Feed and Supply company at Postville.
