Troester - Lamphier marriage - 1955

TROESTER, LAMPHIER, NELSON

Miss Norma Jean Lamphier, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willis Lamphier, became the bride of Eugene Troester son of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Troester of near Clayton, June 29. The Rev. David Howell officiated in the Congregational church in Elkader. Mrs. Neil Nelson served her sister as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Kay Lamphier and Miss JoAnn Bahls. Roland Troester was best man, and Loren Glawe and Neil Nelson were groomsmen. Garry Lamphier and Eldon Troester served as ushers.

After a trip to the Badlands and Black Hills the couple will be at home on a farm near Clayton.
