Cpl. Dammrow served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps Headquarters Squadron, V Interceptor Command and was MIA Nov. 23, 1942 while serving at Clark Field, Philippine Islands at the time of the Japanese invasion. He became a POW and died in a Japanese prison camp.

Richard Charles Decker was born Mar. 11, 1922 to Arthur W. and Matilda DeFrieze Decker. He died June 4, 1942 and is memorialized at the Courts of the Missing, Honolulu Memorial, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Sgt. Decker served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and was MIA/FOD when his plane failed to return from a mission in the Pacific area.
