The McKown farm was located in Section 13 of Belmont Township. Specifically the property was the 80 acres which was the west 1/2 of the NE 1/4. The address today for this property is close to 24568 Nevada Street, Pleasantville, Iowa. This property is only half a mile west of the Marion County, Iowa boundary line and six miles east of Milo, Iowa. The burial could have been in either Warren or Marion counties. Hope this helps.
