Courthouse Lookup Request

I am trying to work my way to an obituary on Cynthia Van Cleave Hutchinson who died sometime in 1953. I am certain she lived in Carlisle for many years but I don't know if she died while there or not. I think her last years were spent in a nursing home in Indianola. Cynthia was a sister of my g-grandmother and lived to the age of 103. I don't have an exact death date, so I am wondering if there is someone reading this that would be willing and able to check the death records at the courthouse and perhaps find the date of death. From there, I should be able to find an obituary. Thanks in advance for any help.
