Services for Susie L. Ditzfeld, 40, Sedalia, Missouri, formerly of Fort Madison, were held Friday, September 7, 1990 at the First United Methodist Church, Sedalia. The Reverend Richard Ogden officiated with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery, Sedalia.
Mrs. Ditzfeld died in a single-car accident near Sedalia Tuesday evening, September 4.
She was born March 20, 1950 in Fort Madison. She had lived in Sedalia since 1971. She was office manager since 1971. She was office manager of Ditzfeld Transfer, Inc., a family-owned business, and was secretary of the Smith-Cotton High School Soccer Boosters Club. She was a member of the Elks Auxiliary, the Women of the Moose and the First United Methodist Church.
On March 18, 1972 at Sedalia, she was married to Ron J. Ditzfeld, who survives.
Also surviving are her mother, Leila O. Vanausdall Winheim Sebers, Fort Madison; two sons, Steve and Sam, both at home; and two brothers, Ferdinand Winheim, Fort Madison, and George Winheim, Stockport.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ferdinand Winheim.
McLaughlin Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
A memorial has been established with the Smith-Cotton High School Soccer Boosters Club.
