Otto L. Corrick, 84, formerly of Keswick, died March 29, 1990, at the Manor House in Sigourney.
He was born Nov. 1, 1905, near Bloomfield to Thomas and Effie DeVault Corrick. He married Beulah Adams on August 15, 1926, in Oskaloosa.
He moved to Keswick in 1944 and moved to Sigourney in 1983. He had been employed by the Rock Island Railroad for 45 years, retiring in 1971.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Gerald of Sigourney and Richard of What Cheer; three daughters, Thelma Paxson of Keswick, Helen Baker of Lovilla and Joyce Davis of Sigourney; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; a brother, Homer of Bull Head City, Ariz.; and two sisters, Icle Coyne of Marshalltown and Neva Plum of Albuquerque, N.M.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, two great-granddaughters and a great grandson.
The service was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 1, 1990 at Powell Funeral Home in North English, the Rev. Frances Baumert officiating. Burial will be in Sorden Cemetery near Keswick.
