Willis Chrissinger

Willis Chrissinger, 88, of Farmington, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died at 4:15 a.m. Saturday, June 10, 1989, at Ft. Madison Community Hospital.

Born Aug. 25, 1900, at Mt. Pleasant, he was the son of Pearl and Millie Young Chrissinger.

He was a retired farmer.

Surviving is one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Earnest, and two sisters, Nina Talbert and Anna Belle Herron.

The service for Mr. Chrissinger will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, at the Beatty-Wilkins Funeral Home, with the Rev. John Poe officiating. Burial will be in Burge Cemetery, New London. Visitation began at noon Monday. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Beatty-Wilkins Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant.
