Lauren G. Sheets

Lauren G. Sheets, age 78, resident of Birmingham, Ala., died August 13, 1989.

Funeral services were held Aug. 15, 1989 in Birmingham, Ala.

Lauren was born Feb. 9, 1911 near Keosauqua, Iowa, the son of Charles and Anna Hanan Sheets. His wife preceded him in death in March 1985. He is survived by one son, and one daughter, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren, one brother, Floyd Sheets of Fairfield, Iowa and one sister, Mary Sheets, Good Samaritan Home, Keosauqua, Iowa. Four brothers preceded him in death, his twin brother, Lester, and Ray, Ivan and Carl.

Lauren was a retired sales representative for Dunn and Bradstreet, and a faithful member of the Baptist Church, and Lions Club International, of Birmingham, Ala.
