According to the WW I draft registration 1917-1918, he gives his address as Orient, Iowa and born in Creston, Iowa. The Precinet was Union, City Adair and dated June 5, 1917
Yes Creston is in Union county and was in 1890. Orient is just over the Adair/Union line.
