I am trying to put together some information regarding my grandparents. I have found two records regarding William Charles Petzoldt born December 15, 1890. One states his birthplace as Adair County. The other one states his birthplace as Creston, Iowa. Isn't Creston in Union County, and was it in Union County in 1890?
