Former Resident Dies at Mount Ayr

Wayne County friends will be deeply grieved to learn of the untimely death of Mrs. Minor ANDERSON, about 78, which occurred at Mount Ayr last Thursday. She will be remembered in Corydon as Mrs. Lena DAVIS, the mother of two daughters, Veryl and Agnes. Later she was married to the late Omer JARED and sometime after his death she was married to Minor ANDERSON of Promise City, who survives along with her younger daughter, Mrs. Paul WAGNER (Agnes) of California.

The family lived in and near Corydon for a good many years.

Funeral services and burial were held at Mount Ayr [Rose Hill Cemetery] Saturday where Mr. and Mrs. Minor ANDERSON have lived for a number of years. In addition to her husband one surviving daughter and a grandchild, she leaves a sister, Mrs. John MOSS, and several stepchildren and nieces and nephews.
