OBITUARY - CHARLIE N. BROWN

Charlie N. BROWN, Route 2, Everson, passed away at the family home Saturday, October 25, [1947] at the age of 77 years.

He was born in Mount Ayr, Iowa, and had resided in Whatcom County for thirty-eight years. He was a member of the Advent Christian Church of Nooksack, the Masonic Lodge and the Whatcom County Dairymen's Association.

Surviving relatives include his wife, Marietta; one daughter, Mrs. Proda MOE, of Everson; two sons, Howard, of Bellingham, and Albert; also eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted under the direction of the Gillies Funeral Home of Sumas in the Advent Christian Church of Nooksack, Wednesday, October 29, at 2 p. m. with Rev. E. V. CARPENTER, of Nooksack officiating. Final resting place, Nooksack Cemetery. The Masonic Lodge will have charge of the graveside services.
