ETTA RUTH GREENMAN.
Etta Ruth GREENMAN, little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford GREENMAN, was born August 28, 1929, and departed this life at the home of her parents May 7, 1932, at the age of two years, eight months and nine days.
Etta Ruth was only ill about thirty-six hours, so her death came as a great shock to the entire community for she was a favorite with all who knew her. Her happy winning ways endeared her to all. Sunday school was her chief delight, and she was always eager to be in her place at the appointed time.
Etta Ruth leaves behind her parents, one brother Wilbur, three sisters, Wilma, Edna May and Alice June, two grandmothers, a grandfather and an aged great grandfather, as well as a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Monday, May 9, at 2:30 from the Salem Evangelical church in charge of Rev. L. B. McELENEY. Interment was in Rose Hill cemetery at Mount Ayr.
NOTE: Clifford C. GREENMAN, father of Etta Ruth, was born in 1892 and was interred at Rose Hill Cemetery.
