Silver Wedding Anniversary

Shelby—Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Mauer celebrated their twenty-fifth wedding anniversary at their home Saturday. Many relatives and friends called during the day to extend congratulations. Among the guests was the Rev. G. Bauman of Minden who officiated at their marriage 25 years ago. Their children, LaVerne W. Mauer and Mrs. Warren Tibbles and two grandsons, LaVerne Jr., and Roger Mauer were here for the celebration.

Among other out of town guests were his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Mauer; Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Mauer, daughter Ethel and son, Kenneth; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Mauer and Betty Jean and Bobby all of Minden; Mr.and Mrs. Leslie Mauer; Mr. and Mrs. Fank Triese, Marjorie and Neola; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Mauer and Delores of Hancock; Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Mauer of Shelby; Mr. and Mrs. William Berg of Council Bluffs; Mr. and Mrs. Julius Meyer and Mary of Underwood.
