In the Woodland Cem. Lot Ownership book for Sec. 14, Lot 219 is the listing of Col. E. J. Goode.
He also owned 218 and sold it to the Harbachs, but there are 2 Goodes buried in 218. There are no stones for the Goodes.

Buried here is:
Edmund Good, 23nov1880, 12, M, in 219;
E. J. Goode, 22oct1901, 77, M, W, in 219;
F. D. Good, 16may1903, 43, M, W, in 218;
Clarence R. Good, 18jun1907, 43, M, W, in 218;
Mabel B. Goode, 30apr1917, 53, F, W, in 219;

I did not find an obit for E. J. Goode.

In the 1880 census, this Edmond is listed as a lawyer, born in VA.

In the Family Search Pedigrees - Edmond John Goode is listed as b. 17jul1822, son of Rev. Edmond Goode and Patience Moseley Rucks, marr, Sarah D. Stone on 6sep1854 in Chesterfield, VA.
