I too am sesrching for Wests. Particular Edgar A.WEST & Eva West, daughter. She is on a census record at Mitchellville Industrial School for Girls, 1900. He is not listed on the census. Her mother & Sister, Ruth are in Beaver at this time.
I cannot find any other documents pertaining to Edgar after 1881. Frustrated.
