The author, Robert Geo. Map indicated to me that Matilda K. Graham, 61, was the housekeeper of the Priests House at 215 Tiffen in the 1930 US Census. This was the rectory of the All Saints Catholic Church, which moved to 650 NE 52nd Ave. Des Moines, Iowa 50316. My question: How can you decipher this informaton by looking at the 1930 census? When I look at the census report at 215 tiffen I don't get any info about a rectory. I see Matilda living in a home valued at $5000.00. I assumed the house belonged to her. She was widowed.
