Michelina E. Schossow, 45, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at the Methodist Medical Center ER. A memorial gathering will be held in her honor on Saturday, January 21, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Brooks Funeral Care Chapel, 7975 University Blvd in Clive.

She is survived by her daughter, Alivia Hobbs of Des Moines, a son, Shane Hobbs and a step-son, Conor Hobbs both of Colorado, her mother, Joyce Gearhart of Phoenix, a brother, Sid Gearhart and a sister, Ann Marler. Messages of condolence may be left for the family at www.BrooksFuneralCare.com.
