Connie went home to be with the Lord on her birthday, January 16, 2012.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 23, 2012 at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place at Glendale Cemetery.

Connie was preceded in death by her two sisters, Patty Vowell and Mary Allen; and her niece, Annette Reed. She is survived by her sister, Shirley (Ted) Campbell; brother, Paul (Sue) Roche; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was a beautiful lady who had an ever increasing love of Jesus that she shared with all.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Ambrose Cathedral, 607 High Street, Des Moines, Iowa, 50309 in loving memory of Connie.
