Jayne E. Perlberg, 50, of the 4400 block of 91st Street in Urbandale died at Mercy Hospice-Johnston. Services will be at St. Mary's of Nazareth Catholic Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery.
Mrs. Perlberg was born in Fond Du Lac, Wis., and had lived in Columbus, Ohio, before moving to Urbandale 13 years ago. She had worked for Truckers' Insurance Co. in Des Moines and enjoyed music, crafts and bowling.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; a son, Brian of Davenport; a daughter, Amanda at home; her father, Elmer Greuel, and a sister, Barb Radl, both of Fond Du Lac; and three brothers, Steve Greuel of Beloit, Wis., Jim Greuel of Arlington, Texas, and John Greuel of Atlanta.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Caldwell-Raddatz Funeral Home and Crematory, where a service will be held at 7 p.m.
