Mrs. Reuben Vregudenhil, 73, of LeMars, died Saturday (May 2, 1981) at a Sioux City hospital.

Services were held at 1:30 p.m. at Plymouth Presbyterian church, rural LeMars. Rev. Robert Hazen officiated. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery at Akron under direction of the Mauer funeral home.

Eloise Barr was born on April 4, 1908 at Stanton, Neb. She was married on Feb. 11, 1927, at Nellgh, Neb.

They moved to Iowa in 1936, lived near Peterson for four years, and moved to rural Le Mars in 1940. They farmed until 1979, when they retired and moved to Le Mars.

She was a member of Plymouth Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Donal (Dixie) Oetken of Brunsville; six grandchildren; two great-grandsons, and one sister, Mrs. Velva Waddell of Osmond, Neb.
