Funeral services for Margaret W. Reedy, 74, were held at West Liberty Feb. 17, 1989 with burial in the Wilton cemetery. She died at Mercy hospital, Iowa City, Feb. 15.

The daughter of Thomas and Emma Lincoln Smith, she was born Feb. 18, 1914. She married Gail Reedy in Rock Island, Ill. July 18, 1923. She lived in the Walcott and Wilton areas until moving to West Liberty in 1949.

She is survived by her husband; 2 sons, Gail Jr., West Liberty and Gary, Chicago, ill.; a brother, Thomas Smith, Clarence and 4 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
