Molly Marcyne McNear (Stowe/Blake) passed away on June 19, 2024, in Holstien, Ia at the age of 52. Molly was born on July 6, 1971, in Sioux City, IA. Sadly, she lost a hard battle to stage 4 Small Cell Carcinoma. Molly was a loving and big-hearted individual who adored animals, especially the stray cats or any stray animal that crossed her path. Molly’s compassion extended beyond animals as she cherished her children, Taylor, Tyler, and Rylee or as she would say, Tay, Ty, and Ry! Molly was also quite thrifty when it came to consignment stores and found it to be a fun challenge to find all the good deals.

Molly found joy in working with kids in her past careers at a few different schools being a paraprofessional and also worked as a CNA and enjoyed getting to know her patients. Molly had a smile that could light up room and had a glow about her that was contagious. Molly attended West Monona Community School district and was a member of the First Christian Church of Onawa, IA.

In her personal life, Molly is survived by her children Taylor (Shane) Erlemeier, Tyler Blake, and Rylee McNear. Two granddaughters, Blakelynn and Zoey Erlemeier. Her mother Michele Wakeman, siblings Missy Graves, Nick Stowe, Marianne (Missy) Crippen and many cousins, nieces and nephews and many close friends.

Molly is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Marcyne Meisch, maternal grandfather Arthur Meisch, best friend Sabrina Johnson and her stepfather Richard Wakeman, other friends, family and fur-babies.

A celebration of life for Molly will be held for close friends and families with details to be announced by the family. The Waterbury Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.

Molly's warm and caring nature touched the lives of many, leaving behind cherished memories for all who knew her.
