Orville L. Mark, 81, of Winterset, died of complications of Alzheimer’s disease on Feb. 15, 1996 at the Winterset Care Center. Funeral services were Feb. 19 at the Southtown Funeral Home in Des Moines and burial was at the Highland Memory Gardens.

He was born in Des Moines where he had lived until moving into the Winterset Care Center. He had been pressman for the Wallace Homestead.

Surviving relatives include his wife, Bette Mark of Des Moines; daughter, Carol Ogden of Des Moines; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
