February 21, 1996Phillip Wendell Pahre, 82, of Acacia, Washington, died Jan. 9, 1996. Funeral services were Jan. 13 at the Acacia Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mitchell Jones officiating. Committal and entombment service was at the Acacia Memorial Park Mausoleum.
He was born Aug. 25, 1913 in St. Charles. He moved to Seattle in 1942. He worked for over 30 years at Limback Lumber Co., becoming vice-president.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helene Pahre; and one brother.
Surviving relatives include three sons, Richard Pahre and wife Janice of Seattle, John Pahre and wife Julie of Seattle and Jeffrey Pahre and wife Patricia of Dublin, Ohio; two brothers, Richard Pahre of Corvalis, Ore., and Bob Pahre and wife Mid of Denver, Colo.; one sister, Helen Jones and husband Bob of Lebanon, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
