A. C. Murcherson, a graduate of the Northwestern Dental school of Chicago, and a former practicing dentist died at his home in Oakville Monday night as the result of a stroke of apoplexy suffered that day. Mr. Murcherson, who was a former resident of Kewanee, Ill., returned there early in September to have some work done on his teeth. Since that time he had been troubled with bleeding jaws, it apparently being impossible to stop the flow of blood. Several times during the past months he suffered hemorrhages and the fatal stroke of apoplexy which he suffered Monday afternoon is believed to have resulted from this cause.

Mr. Murcherson was 43 years of age. He had made his home in Oakville for the past five years. For the past two years while retaining his home in Oakville, he has been manager of the Davenport Elevator Co, plant at Huron, near Oakville. He was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church and of the Woodmen of the World lodge. He is survived by his wife, two sons and one daughter. The funeral was held from the home at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Rev. Cannon had charge of the services. Interment was made in the Oakdale cemetery.
