Front Page, Column 2B. HUDDLESTON DIED YESTERDAY
Funeral At 4 Tomorrow from BRUGGEYEMER Home, 303 West Adams StreetBryan HUDDLESTON passed away yesterday morning at his home 505 East Adams street following an illness of 4 years. His condition becoming serious the last week.
During World war he served in Base hospital Unit No. 133, stationed at Montgomery, Alabama.
He is survived by his wife, father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. H. J. HUDDLESTON and three sisters Mrs. Frank BUGGENMEYER (sic) of this city, Mrs. A. W. BEABER of Mt. Pelasant (sic), Mrs. Ira MESSER, Coppock and one brother Roy of Martinsburg.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 4 oclock at the home of Mrs. Frank BRUGGMEYER, 303 West Adams street to which friends are invited.

Services Held At 4 O'clock From BRUGGEMEYER Home; Interment At EvergreenImpressive funeral rites were held yesterday afternoon at 4 oclock for Bryan HUDDLESTON, from the home of his sister, Mrs. Frank BRUGGEMEYER, 303 West Adams street. The Christian Science service in which he was a staunch believer was in charge of Mrs. Emma Minton of Burlington. A quartette comprised of William Copp, Glen Carson, Prof. Harold Smith and Gus Scott sang two very beautiful numbers which were favorites of Mr. HUDDLESTON, "Rock of Ages" and "Shepherd Show Me How To Go."
The following young men served as pall bearers, being members of the American Legion of which he was an ever true member. John Barwise, Edmond Hunt, William Simmons, Curtis Elliott, Clarence Miller and P. L. O'Neil.
At evergreen cemetery where he was laid to rest military services were rendered him.

BRYAN HUDDLESTON
Bryan HUDDLESTON, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. J. HUDDLESTON, was born in Henry county, Iowa, November 17, 1896 and was 30 years, 9 months and 11 days of age at the time of his death. Deceased moved with his parents to this city seventeen years ago and has been a resident of this city most of the time since. He attended the public schools of this city.
He was united in marriage to Gladys WEST, June 2, 1917, who survives. He is also survived by the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. A. W. BEABER, Mt. Pleasant; Mrs. Ira MESSER, Coppock; Mr. (sic - Mrs.) Frank BRUGGEMEYER of this city and Roy of Martinsburg, Ia.
He served with base hospital unit No. 133, stationed at Montgomery, Ala., during the world war. At close of war he returned to this city. He had been in poor health for the past 4 years.
Funeral services were held from the home of his sister Mrs. Frank BRUGGEMEYER, Tuesday, August 30, 4 p.m. in charge of Mrs. Emma Minton, from the Christian Science church of Burlington.
American Legion's (sic) conducted the services at the grave. Interment taking place at the Evergreen cemetery of this city.
