BILLY RAY HUBBS

Billy Ray HUBBS, five-months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Everett HUBBS, 705 West Briggs, passed away at the Jefferson county hospital at 5:30 a.m. this morning. The baby was taken ill Sunday evening and was taken to the hospital only yesterday morning.

He is survived by his parents, a brother, Donald Ray and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank WYMER.

Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Hoskins Funeral home in charge of the Rev. John Leih. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.

BILLY RAY HUBBS

Billy Ray HUBBS, son of Mr. and Mrs. Everett HUBBS, departed this life May 12, 1939 at the Jefferson County hospital.

He was taken suddenly sick and everything that loving hands could do was done. Billy Ray was a loving child, he had a smile for every one.

He leaves to mourn his passing, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Everett HUBBS and a brother Donald LeRoy and his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Frank WYMER and Mr. and Mrs. Harry HUBBS and a host of relatives and friends. Rev. Leigh of the Nazarene church held the service. Mrs. Dean Simmons at the piano, Mrs. Leigh beautifully sang "Jewels" and "Safe in the Arms of Jesus."
