Death Records

I need to obtain a copy of the death certificate for William Ryan (9/6/1917) and Ellen Ryan (2/21/1914) for my genealogical records. The copy doesn't need to be certified. Who do I need to contact and how much will it cost? Both William appear to have died in Jasper County and were buried in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Polk County.
