Mrs. Eva Stuckey

Mrs. Eva Stuckey, 70, of 619 W. 4th St., died at 6 last night in Mercy Hospital. She had been in failing health for several years.

The former Eva Tyler was born in Sheridan, Ill., Aug. 8, 1885, and moved to Jewell, Iowa, with her parents at the age of two years. She attended school in Jewell. She was married to LeRoy Stuckey in Omaha in 1907. Mr. Stuckey died in 1921. Mrs. Stuckey moved to Davenport that year. She was of Lutheran faith.

Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Inez Stieger, Davenport, and a brother, Dennis Tyler, Jeffers, Minn.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 Wednesday morning in the Runge Chapel. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery.
