Mrs. Elise Christine Nelson

Mrs. Elise Christine (Ling*) Nelson was born in Ribe, Denmark, in the year 1872. Thirteen years ago she was united in marriage to Mr. Hans O. Nelson at Nevada, Iowa. For the past ten years she had been an invalid and on Monday morning, April 15, 1907, at the home three miles south of Ellsworth, death relieved her from the pains of sickness. The funeral services were conducted yesterday afternoon by Rev. A. G. Lind from the home and at the Danish Lutheran church, and the remains were laid at rest in the Jewell cemetery. The husband and the daughter, Hessie, of twelve years of age, have the sympathy of the entire community in their bereavement.
