Tedus Knudson rites Saturday

Tedus J. Knudson, 76, Story City died at the Story City Memorial Hospital Thursday morning, January 14, 1971.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. from Bethany Manor Nursing Home Chapel with the Rev. M. C. Hagedorn officiating. Burial was in the Homewood Cemetery at Ellsworth.

Mr. Knudson was born Nov. 4, 1894 at Ellsworth. Before moving to Story City, in 1960, he had lived at Armstrong and Turlock, California.

Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Anna Ryberg, Story City, Mrs. Elsie Peterson and Mrs. Rebecca Ohman, both of Randall and Mrs. G. O. Lenning, Richwood, Calif.; and a brother Reuben Knudson, Britt.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Julia Knudson, three brothers and three sisters.
