Robert P. Myers Sr.

Services for Robert P. Myers Sr., 86, of Healthwin Hospital, who died at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in Healthwin, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St. Burial will be in Morrison, Iowa. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the funeral home. He was a member of Epworth Memorial United Methodist Church and Bendix Local 9 of the United Auto Workers. He retired in 1963 from the Bendix Corp.

Born Dec. 10, 1897, in London, England, he lived in South Bend since 1929, coming from Chicago. On Aug. 21, 1929, in Chicago, he married Mildred L. Downey. She survives with a son, Robert P. Myers Jr. of South Bend; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
