Roger Clause, 86, longtime Grand Junction farmer, died February 14, 2013 at Regency Park Nursing and Rehab Center in Jefferson. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 18, 2013 at First United Methodist Church in Grand Junction. Private family interment will take place later at Beaver Cemetery, Beaver, Iowa. Friends may call at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home in Jefferson after 12 noon Sunday, February 17, 2013, where the family will be present to greet friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday. Memorials are suggested to Iowa 4-H Foundation. Survivors include wife, Dorothy Clause of Grand Junction, IA; son, Reginald (Mary Holz-Clause) Clause of Coventry, CT; daughters: Linda (Guy Russo) Clause of Atkins, IA; Mary Ann (Edward) Haver of Panora, IA; Connie (Dale) Betts of Jefferson, IA; and Cindy (Mark) Stubbs of Hamilton, MO; eleven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; sister, Margene Miller of Jefferson, IA; and sister-in-law, Dena Clause of Jefferson, IA.
