Carol Ann "Bubba" Lattig, 68, passed away at her home Friday, December 23, 2011.
Carol was born July 2, 1943 in Alpha, New Jersey to Edgar and Sophia Lattig, Sr. She had worked for Des Moines Waterworks as a Dispatcher for many years. Carol enjoyed animals, and took many memorable trips in the past few years. Most of all she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Carol is survived by her children, Tracy Silverthorn, Brent Cullen, Shannon Rollings and Aedria Rollings; sister, Josephine Lamason; brothers, Gene and Lester Lattig; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and very dear friend, Dean Emary. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Edgar Norman Lattig Jr.
A memorial visitation will be held 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Hamilton's on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Pkwy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa.
