WARRANTY DEED
H.C. Edwards and Ruth A. Edwards to Frank J. Slaninger 1906

Know all Men by these Presents:
That H.C. Edwards and Ruth A. Edwards his wife of Pueblo County and State of Colo in consideration of the sum of thirty Dollars in hand paid by Frank J. Slaninger of Dallas County, and State of Iowa, do hereby SELL AND CONVEY unto the said Frank J. Slaninger the following described premises situated in the County of Dallas and State of Iowa, to-wit:

two acres off of the west side of the East half of the South West quarter of the South West quarter of the South East Quarter of Section No. Eleven (11) in Township No Eighty (80) North of Range No. Twenty Eight West 5th PM Iowa.

And we hereby covenant with the said Frank J. Slaninger that we hold said premises by good and perfect title; that we have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey same; that they are free and clear of all liens and incumbrances whatsoever.

And we covenant to WARRANT AND DEFEND the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

And the said H.C. Edwards and Ruth A. Edwards hereby relinquishes her rights of dower in and to the above described premises.

BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this 9 day of Feb. A.D. 1906 before me personally appeared H.C. Edwards and Ruth A. Edwards to me known to be the persons named in and who executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged that they executed the same as their voluntary act and deed.
