WARRANTY DEED
James A. Doran and Jane M. Doran to Frank J. Slaninger 1906

Know all Men by these Presents:
That James A. Doran and Jane M. Doran husband and wife of Dallas County and State of Iowa in consideration of the sum of One hundred and fifty Dollars in hand paid by Frank J. Slaninger of Dallas county, and State of Iowa, do hereby SELL AND CONVEY unto the said Frank J. Slaninger the following described premises situated in the County of Dallas and State of Iowa, to-wit:

The South East Quarter of the South East quarter of the South West Quarter of Section No. Eleven (11) in Township No Eighty (80) North, in Range No. Twenty Eight West 5th PM Iowa containing ten acres more or less according to government survey.

And we hereby covenant with the said Frank J. Slaninger his heirs and assigns that we hold said premises by good and perfect title; that we have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey same; that they are free and clear of all liens and incumbrances whatsoever.

And we covenant to WARRANT AND DEFEND the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

And the said Jane M. Doran hereby relinquishes her rights in and to the above described premises.

On the 8th day of January A.D. 1906 before me H.A. Hoyt a Notary Public within and for said County, personally came James A. Doran and Jane M. Doran husband and wife personally to me known to be the identical persons whose names are affixed to the above instrument as grantors, and severally acknowledged the execution of the same to be their voluntary act and deed for the purposes therein expressed.
