I ran across your question re: Lawrence and Leslie Lahann almost two years after you sent it. Lawrence is my uncle. He died about 1995. His son, Leslie, lives somewhere in California. If you are still interested, I could find out more about him. My father, Lowell, and Bernice (Putnam) are brother and sister to Lawrence. Their parents were Arnold and Amanda Lahann. Arnold, my grandfather, died about 1960 and is buried in Maquoketa, Iowa with his wife. They were involved with the Mueller Feed Company in the Wheatland, Lowden, Clarence, et. al. area of Clinton County Iowa during the 1920's - 1950's. Arnold had two brothers, Otto and Fred, and one sister Sophie. Fred and Sophie never married. Otto had several children who continue to live in the Clinton County Iowa area.

Theodore Lahann I am quite certain was Arnold's father. Though I am not really into genealogies, I believe Theodore would be my great grandfather and we would certainly be related as some sort of cousin!
