Nicholas, In 1880 Concord twp, Adams co, Il., I find the family of Henry 47, Ger., & Jane 41, Ky, CORFFIELD> Several children in the family, all born Il. This family is also there in 1870 based on the names & ages of the older children. Only problem is Henry is enumerated as John W. KOFFIELD, 35 Ger. Jane is still Jane, 31, but now enumerated as born Il. As I said, this is the same family, whether it's yours, I can't tell since you didn't name any of the children. But if it is, we need to determine where Sarah/Jane Hurst was born. There is no Clinton twp. in Clinton co, Ia. The town of Clinton is in Camanche twp. What is your source for her being born in Ia? Dick
